Hello everyone, My name is Derrick French. I'm just getting started in the world of Real Estate investing. I currently reside in the Metro Detroit Area (Taylor) and work full time. My purpose for making the decision to enter this field is I want a opportunity to give my family financial freedom. Also because working 12 hour shifts everyday and going to school full time while spending time with family is close to impossible.

I have no history in Real Estate so I'm looking to learn as much as I can because my aim is to mastering wholesale investing then diversify once I get enough cash flow. To making new friends and business colleagues. Any and all advice is appreciated.
