Any issues conducting double closes?

It was purchased by the seller in 2003 and extensively remodeled in 2004.

Finishers tended to use light finishes extensively on Select grade flooring, as you could imagine.

I have extensive knowledge in single family with more then 50 deals and 30 properties.

I realize it's not as easy as being face to face and conducting business in that manner, But I am very much ready to relocate and Truly excited to see whats out there!

Can anyone recommend a reputable home inspector to conduct the home inspection?

@Christopher Owens Hi Chris, When choosing an agent, I suggest finding one who lives in your city, knows the areas extensively and has years of experience combined with a proven track record of representing Investors on a variety of transactions.

$20K is more than enough to buy one property a year in my area with 15/20/30 yr fixed loan with 20% down and cosmetic rehab prior to renting.I’m going to assume answers will vary depending on personal investment philosophies and where people conduct real estate activities globally.

I'm still trying to understand how to conduct a proper market analysis.  

So you have the option of playing ball (smile and nod along) and at the last minute getting a 1 week extension + the 3 days.
