I'm in need of a few title companies to check out to work with in the Phoenix Metro area. Preferably close to the Chandler area. Thanks in advance!

I highly recommend Security TItle Agency, Yolanda Valadez, who is the Branch Manager, AVP for the DC Ranch office in North Scottsdale.  I know this is not Chandler, but Security Title is available throughout the Valley, and the offices interact well with each other.  So, if you find a highly competent person that you like, it's OKAY if they are located in a distant office as long as there are other offices you can pop into nearby to drop off earnest money, and so forth.

In terms of "double closes", you just need to remember to ask for an OPEN title policy.  This will cost a little more than a single title insurance policy, but less than doing 2 of them for each side (purchase and sale).  Also, request the investor rate.  This will discount your escrow settlement fee on both sides.

If you need contact info, just let me know.
