I'm currently under contract for a single family rental in Memphis. I'm using a turnkey provider--Memphis Investment Properties. Can anyone recommend a reputable home inspector to conduct the home inspection? Given that this is my first purchase, I want someone that is thorough and will provide a good report. Thanks in advance!
