I have been listening to real state podcast and really inspired by BiggerPockets.

I also have a life long trade in residential construction in which I've always inspired to be in real estate.

There are a bunch of inspiring stories there.

My name is Jarid, I am new to Bigger Pockets, though I have been getting plenty of great information and inspiration from listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts over the last couple of months.

Inspired by the recent "leaving CA" post, I wanted to get a general idea of where people live and where they plan on moving (if anywhere), and why.

First, I really want to thank the BP community for being so supportive and such an inspiration.

Whatever... but just saying that you “won’t waste anybody’s time” isn’t real inspiring.
