Hey Everyone!

So after listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for the last few months I decided it was finally time to jump in. So I'm living in Ridgecrest, CA With my wife and 3 month old son. I work as an engineer, and we've been renting for the last few months, but we decided we don't want to rent anymore. We are thinking about house hacking, but since I'm new to this I thought I'd try running it by more experienced people.

The place we are most interested in is a triplex with a 3, 2, and 1 bedroom apartment. It's in a good neighborhood and it has tenants in the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which rent for 750 and 850 respectively. They're asking 225k for it. Does this sound like a reasonable house hack?

Hey guys, I'm also from the Ridgecrest area and looking to network with some other people of our small area. Can we do a get together? Anybody interested?

Bobby Barraza... long time no see bud!!!

Maybe we can get something going for this little area outside of the local Ridgecrest Association of Realtors.

Reply to this and lets get something set up!
