I also put rentals on Craigslist, and if you look on facebook lots of local Buy/Sale groups have opened up. 

We used Craigslist, Facebook, and Zillow when we initially rented it.

I looked on Facebook and saw all of his entries with his homies, with drugs and guns etc.

Kilgore is not much of an oil dependent town and big enough that a house priced right should not be on the market for a year and you should be able to rent it quicklyJoin the Kilgore as well as Longview and East Texas homes for sale/rent Facebook groups and put the property up for rent within those groups.
