Moving to Austin Texas

What's up everyone, I'm relocating to Austin Texas from New York. I've never been to Austin, but I've heard nothing but great things about it. New York tends to be to expensive for me anyways. I'm looking to buy a couple of homes this year in Austin and rent them out. Maybe even do a couple of fix and flips for quick profit. Definitely wanna hear everyone's outtake on Austin Texas.. thanks

Actually, Austin is a great place to live.  Great music, always something to do

I have been in the real estate business here going on 27 years and prices seem high to me but probably dirt cheap to you
