The only problem preventing me from pulling the trigger is the negative growth and negative appreciation in those areas and also I just don't see any vital signs that economically things are going to get better in those areas.

All of the content has been extremely motivating and offers great insight in terms of how to condense our list of sellers to ensure that they have multiple layers of motivation, however we quickly realized that we aren't very clear on the steps that follow once an offer is accepted by a motivated seller.

If you're talking about a paintable membrane like Redgard or HydroBarrier, yes, there is a risk if you don't know what you're doing and go deep on the grout, through the mortar and hit the membrane layer, which you don't have to do.

Thank goodness I went in soon and found they had taken off as the power was off and there was quite a bit of food in the refrigerator.The room that the daughter with the baby used was the worst; layers of clothes, papers, diapers (new and used) just tossed on the floor.
