Steve Babiak I am not sure what you meant by your comment, but I ask that if you do respond to others questions that it is in a manner that is adding some knowledge to the topic at hand.

Knowing how to handle all your expenditures to minimize your taxes is the real value a CPA brings.You do need a CPA that's knowledgeable about real estate.

I don't believe that taking a single course or reading books will give someone nearly enough knowledge to be successful.

I would love to hear from anyone who has any knowledge about assisted living facilities, owning or running one of these properties.

Not only is Jon very knowledgeable, but he is so willing to share with others.

I plan to do this with a partner who has great construction knowledge and is a very business intelligent person who I believe will be great to team up with and learn the processes.

That is not to say that you wouldn't learn valuable knowledge and skills in college.

I'm using this forum as a starting point to gain knowledge and meet new people.
