I'm excited to announce the first of our new batch of moderators, Jon Klaus!

Jon has been a member of BiggerPockets for almost 4 years now, and has posted some incredibly valuable feedback over his 3,200+ posts on the site. He will be focusing mostly on our Landlording, Development/Land/Construction, & Commercial areas, but of course, as always, you'll see him all over the site.

I'm honored to serve BP in this way. I could say I am just giving back because I have benefitted so much, etc., but the truth is that by engaging more, I benefit more. And the same is true for each of us.
