I joined BP in an effort to learn more about how others operate as real estate investors, and see what their road map toward financial freedom looks like. 

I would be open to short term mentoring with an agreed upon financial arrangement.

Not sure if they have tickers for individual states/locales but will give you a good pulse on unemployment, job creation, and other metrics

So you currently have income that you can rely on to get you to you goal of financial independence . 

The family I am assisting is in a dire financial situation.  

It does not require lawyers and is a common remedy for chasing tenant debt.If they are responsible individuals a small claims charge on there records will prevent them from getting loans, buying anything on credit or time payments etc.

The treatment company will likely need access to their individual crawlspaces which could present a problem if you have a stubborn neighbor.  

Looking forward to meeting like minded individuals and being able to help others where I can.

@Adam Kuhn it's not a joke decision but once you have enough passive income from your investment  you will love this financial freedom.
