Been reading the site off and on for probably 4 or 5 years now.  

I have been rehabbing and "flipping" houses part time since 2008.  I am finishing up my 13th project right now. 

I am interested in turning real estate into a full time job.  I joined to gather more information and advice from people who have made the jump into this being there full time profession so any advice would be appreciated. 

I look forward to learning a lot from you seasoned vets.
