Accordingly let me encourage you that: a) the real estate club meeting you should go to tonight, but are uneasy about speaking at, is the only time this collection of people in this particular mindset (having a property to sell versus maybe not having it next month) will be there, so your not attending will be an opportunity that is lost forever, so let me encourage you to take your shot, b) Think on the times you did have to convey a message, and you did just fine.

Because that is NOT true, some agents and wholesalers will forever be at odds. 

I would rather see someone save organically and not destroy tax free growth forever as the Roth is, but I would withdraw my contributions before owning with an IRA.  

If you're not willing to get rid of that stupid debt by driivng a beater and brown bagging your lunch, just stay in the rat race forever like 90% of everybody else.

If they are standard fixtures I would just replace the bulbs, they are cheap, last forever and use 1/3 or less of the power.
