Can My Roth IRA be used to inveat in real estate?

Hello Everyone.

I had 30,000 in a Roth IRA. I would like to use it to purchase rental property. I already own a home so I can't use it for first time homeowner purchase. What are the tax implications for taking money out of my ROTH IRA?
