Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

We wholesaled for some time, and when we moved into the multifamily space, we invested into joining mastermind groups, and attending networking events.

In any event, even if the unforeseen monster does pop up (plumbing problem, foundation, mold etc) etc.
