Both had underwent fairly recent renewals of the units (5yrs), but one was still operating with a common boiler, albeit upgraded to a fairly efficient natural gas boiler, while the other had been converted to electric resistance heating about 20years ago, putting the costs of heating in the hands of the tenant.
