How do you (the contractor) find out about rebates, financing and programs that are legit & or/government backed?

We (Build It Green) are trying to figure out the best way to let contractors (in California) know about the programs available to them.  For instance, there is a Property Tax based finance program that can be offered to clients (flippers too).  Or the different energy efficiency incentives, etc.

Is there one place in particular (other than this awesome site) that is your go-to for industry information?
