With the apartment project I have found a lot of design inspiration from projects around Austin, TX.  

I can appreciate that you have been around to see how the neighborhoods has changed over the years. i recently seen a documentary on the topic of "The Bronx is burning and i am still in awe". i am a bit familiar with Sherman Ave by Yankee stadium and by the courts.  

Needless to say I was very inspired by his story and decided to become a member so I can have the opportunity to engage and interact with people who are way ahead of me in the game.

Half of the benefit is the inspiration to do more just by listening to him. 

I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my last year of Real Estate investing and have come to the conclusion that a huge inspiration for me was the BP Podcast.
