Hello everyone, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Victor Ayala. I am 34 years old born in NYC currently living in the DFW area for the past 3 years together with my wife, son and another on the way.

I learned about BP while listening to Mr. Joshua Dorkin's interview on the Eventual Millionaire podcast with Jaime Tardy. Needless to say I was very inspired by his story and decided to become a member so I can have the opportunity to engage and interact with people who are way ahead of me in the game.

At this point in my life I feel like it's time to begin the search of "opportunities for progress" and would like to give Real Estate a shot as a new career track for me. Unfortunately at this point I do not have much to offer the community since like I already mentioned this is totally new for me but whenever I get the chance to chime in with some good advice of some sort or add value in any way I promise to do so.
