Hello,I am in the process of setting up to conduct business in North Carolina (specifically in Raleigh and the Triangle area).  

I am a new investor in Triangle/Triad area (North Carolina) and I am trying to put my team together.

I have just joined local REI club (Triangle Real Estate Investors Association).

Maybe it has a pink toilet and tub in the master bathroom ... maybe the work triangle in the kitchen is super long, find some flaw in the house that can be addressed slowly over time without spending a fortune (or a set of flaws, even better).  

It just doesn't feel like a neighborhood in that little triangle area, though certainly a bit further up it certainly feels nice (like past the former St.

Im in the Triangle area of Nc.

My wife and I are in the process of shifting our investing market from WA to the North Georgia area (primarily the Buford/Gainesville/Hoschton triangle).
