So it shouldn't be too surprising to see the malls start to fade.And even the movie theater chains have migrated out of the malls somewhat and into standalone locations.I think the mall operator can overcome some of these things by choosing the right tenant mix.

Good rail, highways, harbors, navigable rivers, air service, multiple world class universities, hospitals, shopping, farming, artisan manufacturing, theater, indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities can be found throughout one of the smallest states in the nation.

My best advice is take acting lessons, join a armature theater group and force yourself to be stage center.

You didn't really want the coin operated vending machines in the lobby of the small hotel, but you will give them up to make it work.

The lobby, offices, and some maintenance areas are on the ground level and there are 3 underground levels of parking, maintenance areas, and mechanicals. 

Get involved with Lobbying, or at least support groups that lobby for real estate owners, or see you rights taken away. 

Was a fancy place in its time, had a lobby and an elevator which was state of the art for a 1910 building.

Here in Boise the State of Idaho is starting to crack down on taxes, including back taxes.The fact is that it is not just the hotel lobby -- the legislatures want the tax income generated.
