Keep investing and striving for more 👍🏾

The other thing I would love to get the chance to do is visit and shadow a company that is already doing what I want to do and to see their systems and processes at work so I can better articulate my vision and have something to strive for. at this point EOS is a theory that I know people use but I think it would be so valuable to see it at work within a business.

I am still working on negotiating and closing deals but I continue to market and strive towards closing my first deal.  

We went through some marriage counseling before the wedding day and one of the things our counselor told us was that marriages broke up more often because of money arguments than any other cause.That planted the seed, and since the time we had our first child, a son, in 2012, I have strived not only to repay my debts, but to build the kind of wealth people scoff at.

I'm a brand new wholesaler and I'm ready to strive for my first deal I have a list.

The thing is I'll be married in the next year so I figure for my fiance's sake I'll keep a steady job while I continue to strive to reach this goal.

I do however find that I will strive highly in the field due to me having a high interest in the real estate field.

Striving for that "B" status?

I strive to save $90k a year doing high dollar simple (mostly) stuff myself.
