Hello my Texas/Dallas REI!! Just wanted to make an effort to be more active in the forums, since we cant really go to any meetups right now but we can still socialize on here safely ! I am a beginner Real estate investor I currently have 1 rental property and some land Im holding for right now. Real estate seems to be holding up pretty well so far with everything going on.
