 Honestly nothing really. Most residential agents are Realtors as well as being agents because 99% of all the other brokerages are affiliated with he Realtor organization. Commercial agents are not typically part of the Realtor organization. As for level of service or how you can work with them one being a Realtor or not is totally irrelevant to you, anything telling you otherwise is just great PR and propaganda from the Realtor organization.
