Now, after you do 20 deals with an HML guy, you might get him to do 100% if they trust and have confidence in the borrower and property.......and as long as they aren't losing money on idle funds.Point is, HML risks are much lower than conventional lending and the rate is not that risk sensitive. :)

The entry point is higher than rehabbing (depending on the definition of rebabbing) and it's more sensitive to economic downturns.
