Our buy-In on our SFR was pretty solid, we have good equity.We’re concerned about rent in terms of scalability; it seems unlikely we would ever be able to rent our home out for “x” amount of dollars to run a decent profit after lawn/pool maintenance/property management fees (until it’s paid off ofcourse).The equity stake in the home would be the big payoff, however I think we can do better by turning this into a FourPlex.
