Real estate investment lawyer recommendation (Lehigh Valley, PA)

Hey guys,

Looking to close on my first investment property in Allentown, PA and am looking for a good real estate lawyer in the area to help a parter and I draw up some papers between us, review leases, and help us with legal advice on how to structure our partnership who is familiar with local laws.

Does anybody have any experience/recommendations on this front?

@Stephen Kunen @Jason Behrens I'll second Bob Rust. He is very straightforward, easy to deal with, and has some of the best pricing I've seen. My recommendation - you can save some decent money by drafting a contract and having him review it for you, as opposed to having him draft the documents from scratch. If you have the knowledge and time to do so, it can definitely be worth your effort.
