We have used VAs for many years successfully. 2 full timers who handled incoming and outgoing calls, emails, back office functions and anything we dont want to deal with...we trained them ourselves and very happy with them.

If you are outgoing, self motivated and know how to hustle, then it might be a good fit for you.

I'm incredibly outgoing and that doesn't always fit well with everyone.

There are only two ways to make money in real estate.Buy and sell or Buy and hold.In buy and sell: very simply, if you sell the property for more than you spent in the acquisition and preparation of sale, then you made a profit.In buy and hold:  if your income exceeds your outgo, you made a profit.That's it!!  

If they are collectable, once they move out,go after them for damages.
