Notes on Mobile Homes -- any special considerations?
Hi everyone,
Looking at several Non-performing notes in florida and one that popped up of particular interest is a mobile home that is available at a significant discount -- owner has had some legal trouble (DUI, etc) and recently divorced -- but that aside, Zillow (amongst other sites) estimates the value pretty far above the asking price for the note. Although FL can take quite a while to get through foreclosure proceedings (for any kind of property), are there any particular things to consider note-wise when it's a mobile/manufactured home? Thanks!
