Greetings fellow BP members! I've been listening to the podcast and created made my profile. I'm ready to continue my real estate ventures especially now that I'm going through The Walking Dead detox until September! I am a landlord and I have some experience in flipping. (Not a whole lot, just 1 property a while back in which we didn't intend on flipping - long story) I'm seeking to connect with investors, buyers, and sellers. I have my sights set on the Chicagoland area - south side, Will County, or DuPage. I do work with a wholesaler, an agent, and another investor but I'm looking to grow my network.
