What has helped me is going to the "Blogs" section and scrolling through all the  very informative articles until i find one that fits my current situation.

Also any information provided is just the mindless ramblings of some dolt on the internet and should only be used for entertainment purposes.

While scrolling through my feed I saw what my "friends" were doing and it felt like I wasn't accomplishing anything.

The most common way I see people misusing money is when they spend it mindless or on things that they don't truly value.

Go to redfin or zillow and search for properties that are flips (you can usually tell by the pics), see what they are listed for or sold for, then scroll down to see how much the "previous purchase" was. 

Scroll down to the part about making an offer on the house.If you do know the owner personally, then it should be fine to take the same approach, that the article above outlines, but do it in a less formal way (in person, phone call, text, etc.) - not through mail.On the other hand, if you're looking to get better with your charisma as a whole, I would recommend checking out Charisma on Command.

Along with how we used to be able to 'scroll' over the graphs and get a 'year by year breakdown'.
