Wholesale email list to crunch down numbers! Help?

Hello everyone, I hope you all will have and/or had a nice day. Next month I will turn 18 and I want to finally get into Real Estate, as Ive been reading and learning about it for the past three years. If there is anyway that I can help with minor things or provide any help at all, please consider asking me. I live in Henry county Georgia, and would love to be added to local wholesale email list so that I can practice running numbers. Even if you don’t live in my market I’d love to just be able to run more numbers. I want to be able to find deals in the matter of minutes, so that I can become more productive when I need to.

Also, if you guys have any sort of tips for me starting out, please reply below. That would be very much appreciated.

@Anson Young. Yes, of course. This helped a lot, I’ll look into those books and just to do so I may want to contact a contractor first so that I can have an idea to what to look at for my next purchase. Thank you so much!
