Rents have not quite kept pace with the median price increase and as a result, cash flow has suffered.

It's frustrating that the only thing standing in our way from fast paced growth is the seasoning period on loans, if there is any sort of way to get around it we're more than open to trying the strategy out! 

Be prepared to accept a settlement somewhere in the middle of what you think is owed.

You've added tremendous value to this topic on BP and I am in the middle of trying to perform this process on a property. 

It is on pace to return less than 1%, way off the expected return for year one.

Its the middle of winter, also. 

For something in the middle, small but still national, I might be inclined to defer to what they want.
