Hey everyone! Wanted to introduce myself. I’m located in Watertown New York in the middle of nowhere!

I currently have 4 rental properties and am about to close on the 5th. I’m super excited about real estate and the different strategies to create wealth. I started listening to the podcast and got hooked instantly.

I decided to join BP because while I think I’m a newbie, there’s always someone greener than myself that I might just be able to help. One thing my area is missing is investment clubs or anything real estate so it’s good to be among like minded peeps!

I’m stationed at Ft Drum and live here in Watertown. I don’t come on BP as often as I should but it’s a great place to network.

Reach out to @Ed Blackshear if you want to know about the Utica rental market. He invests out of Utica and has several rental properties there as well. He has been investing there for years, and he also wholesales properties in and around Utica, to include Syracuse.
