You guys have not only inspired me, but even my boss and co-workers so that we are all getting into real estate investments together!

A rehabber I spoke to doesn't think anyone in their right mind would agree to sell for the deep discounts considered deals, nor has he heard of anyone doing contract assignments....On a more inspiring subject, there seems to be opportunity in renting out small vacation apartments in Las Vegas solely on the Airbnb platform.

Even reading the blogs here is inspiring and makes want to get my first deal ASAP.
