Hello to one and all. My name is Marc and I wanted to stop by here and introduce myself. I have a full time job in the construction industry selling materials however I am a complete novice to investing. The world of investing specifically buying and holding really appeals to me. I have always been entrepreneurial and this is a great outlet. The idea is that in a few years to have the option to go full time with real estate investing. I am here to learn as much as I can. I have recently joined my local REI club and I believe that stories from fellow investors, both success and failures, are a lot more valuable than reading ''gurus'' inside tips. Even reading the blogs here is inspiring and makes want to get my first deal ASAP. I am in this for the long run and look forward to getting to know everyone over time.
