I have had several brokerages institute high minimum liability limits ($250k/$500k/$100) for their agents and have their personal auto policy include a "business use" endorsement... but asking every agent to get a commercial policy and name them as AI is over the top and not reasonable.

@Yuval GiladArchitecturals are thicker and are supposed to not lift as easily, but if the installer does not follow the written installation procedures exactly, you will not get the lifespan out of them.If you are looking for High Wind Shingles, for informational purposes, both Malarkey and Certainteed (Not an endorsement or a recommendation of either) make high wind rated 3 tabs, and not all Architectural shingles are high wind rated, and the wind rating only applies (IF) the written installation directions are followed exactly (such as 3 nails per X, or special fasteners, or special glue, etc...
