I'm not suggesting that anyone should abuse this position, but it's comforting to know that I have strong laws and court systems to turn to if it goes south.I realize from a financial perspective, it's a loss going the eviction route, but part of me is really enjoying the whole process.

You can change a rental house to a retail house when you go to sell it, but a retail house will not last long as a rental house.Caveat, I'm not saying do nothing to the house for 20 years or anything, fix stuff and replace stuff as it breaks, harden your units so they will withstand the abuse of tenants, and upgrade your units as necessary to compete in the market.

Some people might look good on paper as a professional renter, but can more often than not turn out to be a nightmare that abuses your lovely property.... simply because they've never owned anything.In closing, I just prefer dealing with knowledgeable people verse those who are ignorant.
