A 5-Star review referral or repeat client is better than bilking someone for an extra grand.

How did we find our rock star property manager?

In Texas for example, sales prices and such are not required to be disclosed to anyone, so their data for Texas is given a one star, meaning poorest accuracy.

The first time someone says "I'd like to find a property in Whoville that could be a good rental" and you can say "I was looking at some just the other day [see number 1] and there was this one that stood out to me as a good investment - I'll send you the information", you will feel like a rock star.

On a couple of notes:I know of at least 2 rock star RMLOs that would be able to help you work with you and your tenant-buyers.
