They are ok that the new 6 story building looks into all their neighbors SFH and yards.  

I had to fix the yard and the floors.

We’ve only been looking for about a week and a half and this one hit the market right in our back yard.

Obviously there are people that must feel different, but driving thru some of the neighborhoods around Hampton and Sylvan this week, I just think to myself would I buy a 500k-600-900K house in a neighborhood where next door the backyard is full of pitbulls, the house is about to fall over, there at six cars parked in the yard and street.   

would they get "craned" into back yards?

I would assume by picture 30’x20x5’(depth average)= 112 cubic yards.  

Are there space requirements on yard size?

See if you can isolate your 3 phase needs and use an external generator to service that need.Check out the salvage yards, reclaim centers, habitat for humanity centers, goodwill centers, etc.

My goal is to convert it to an 1100 sqft second house (which it looks like anyway until you realize 70% of the square footage is garage space).It will have it's own private driveway, car port, and a fenced yard to separate it from our part of the property.Our goal is to create a mid term rental for traveling nurses.
