Welcome to BP @Wesley FleurantRead and listen to posts and podcasts.Some good suggestions from Micheal Powell especially just inspecting and analyzing the numbers to finance hypothetically those 100 properties(i.e rent to cost ratio, cash on cash return,sellers motivation to sell etc)

@Powell Chee please post an update about which structure you ultimately decided with and how that structure is working out for you.
