Hey everyone! I am obviously new to big pockets. I am 25 years old, working full time as a technical recruiter and am extremely interested in real estate! Hoping to increase my knowledge, make some new connections in the real estate, and ultimately grow a portfolio ASAP!

Welcome! 

I also looking for a multi family property, and financing with an FHA loan. My first property will be a house hack and I will be living in one unit for the first year.

It is difficult to make the jump, but it begins with becoming pre qualified and submitting offers
