A sweet user interface?

BLUF: Square takes a significant chunk of my earnings and I am looking for a similar interface that keeps things simple but takes less money from me.I have been using SquareInc as a payment processor for about a year.

Personal Capital has great tools/interface.  

The old platforms are just that “old” with dated interfaces, scaling problems and a backlog of code to improve.

Looking for recommendations on what software is best based on its:- User interface experience (manager, tenant, owner)- Price- Ability to allow me to start small and scaleWould appreciate any suggestions from the community here. 

Also, online banking is very important to me, so what bank has a great and easy online interface for all the mentioned above?

Their support is awful, but when it works (most of the time) it works really well and to me provides the best calendar interface.  

Difficult interface for tenants and payments were slow to process. 

For instance, New Jersey has a parcel view online that provides all of the data I need on a graphical interface.

Aside from that, I don’t think you’d notice the difference in functionality (though the interface is much different) since the additional desktop features are not ones that you would likely use.There is a way to pay for one QBO subscription and then have additional QBO subscriptions at a reduced rate, but you’d need to know that upfront.
