Hey everyone! Just wanted to see what is important to you in a CRM for your leads. Is it simplicity of use? A sweet user interface? Or is it some feature like drip sequences to followup automatically for you?

I work with one obviously but wanted to see what everyone feels is most important for their use case. Thanks!
