Hartford county can have some good deals here and there. 

Hi'Im new to biggerPockets.I am looking to buy real estate in Hartford ct but I don't know the area's. is there anyone that could help me out and tell me where the good in the bad area's are I would really appreciate that?

Does anyone know of upcoming meetups in the Hartford area or would want to organize one with me?

They are an independent brokerage In Islandia NY and use Travelers, foremost, hartford etc. like others suggested above.

I am thinking of saving for several more years before I start looking into buying property.I grew up in the Hartford area.

You can still do better than the 1% rule in much of Hartford county.

Currently am looking just outside of the Hartford, CT area (Newington, Bloomfield, etc.) but any advice would be appreciated!

Would love to hear from experienced buy and hold experts in the Hartford area!
