Area's in Hartford CT

Hi'

Im new to biggerPockets.

I am looking to buy real estate in Hartford ct but I don't know the area's. is there anyone that could help me out and tell me where the good in the bad area's are I would really appreciate that?

(like a circle on a map would help)

@Jseph Fruchter The north end is the worst area and the west end is the best area. The South end I would consider average for Hartford with a couple areas being slightly above average as compared to other areas of the city. 

I do not claim to be a guru on that city though. I am sure others will chime in. 

If you don't mind me asking, what made you settle on Hartford as a place to invest?
