Hello All!

I bought my first investment property in June 2014 and found BP while searching the internet for guidance on residential leases. I knew I had a lot to learn, and was thrilled when I found The BiggerPockets Podcast. I spend 3-4 hours per day in the car and @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner have made my daily commute a lot more interesting.

My niche is buy and hold investing. I like multi-unit residential properties hat cash flow over $100 per door. Like I said I bought my first property in June 2014 - it has a 900 sq ft retail store front and 2 apartment units. I'm excited to learn more and hopefully expand my portfolio in the next 12 months. I welcome any advice about, well, basically anything related to the buy and hold strategy and being a landlord. I

I'm also new to blogging so unwelcome any tips and advise others have regarding using this site effectively. Thanks in advance for your help!
