Purchasing “Pre-Foreclosure” on Zillow
Looking for anyone to share their experiences with buying foreclosure homes on Zillow or in general. Any advantages/disadvantages to looking on Zillow? Is there a lot of maintenance? Other things to consider when looking at these properties? Currently am looking just outside of the Hartford, CT area (Newington, Bloomfield, etc.) but any advice would be appreciated!

@Tyler Burk These are properties that are at some point in the foreclosure process. Your best bet to land a property like this is to approach the owner directly about purchasing it.
