However, currently these are drying up very quickly, as most of the country has foreclosure moratoriums and even if not, courts and sheriff's offices are not holding auctions.Once things open back up, if the market continues to hold strong, like it has (again somewhat artificially), I would be heading to the Sheriff Sales to buy things.
